A folder is created under this module's folder in WorkDrive.
It is named by the fields chosen in the extension's settings.
Its id is written back onto the record, and the file browser opens
on it.
A record that already has a folder is left alone.
There is nothing to choose here. What names the folder, and which
subfolders are created inside it, are set once per module in the
extension's settings - change them there and every rule follows.
